My name is Pilar! I am from the United States, and I just earned my master's degree in International Development Studies. I have been teaching English for the past two years. I love teaching my language and helping my students grow in confidence and patience.

I aim to make language learning fun and calm, pushing the student but not making them feel overwhelmed or frustrated.
I tutor children, mainly ages 3 to 11, all with varying levels of English, through play and simple conversation.
I also teach adults, mainly online and during coffee chats in the city, to help improve their English for their careers.
