About Ele
I am a second year undergraduate studying English Literature with a paper in Hispanic Literature at the University of Cambridge. I have taught English as a foreign language to adults, teenagers and children, as well as advising university applications, predominantly for aspiring English undergraduates but have also proof read applications for a wide range of applicants, from Geography to Medicine. I speak fluent Spanish and am writing my dissertation on Toni Morrison and the politics of beauty and race this year. I am hard working, enthusiastic, and trustworthy, as well as encouraging. I am welfare officer of the University Lacrosse team and I am passionate about developing a healthy and sustainable relationship with efficient and effective work.

My teaching method is very vocal- I personally learn best by talking things through, and helping the student to develop their own opinion by considering both sides of the argument. This is also very effective for proof reading essays and ensuring that they are coherent and reflect the student's thoughts. I also like to keep it dynamic and change between different activities to keep the student engaged.
