About Pretty
“I am a 34-year-old mother of 2” from Zimbabwe but currently residing in South Africa (Cape Town). I work as a (VA) Virtual Assistant online since the Covid 19 pandemic. I can speak 4 languages that are Ndebele, English, Xhosa, and Zulu. I have a certified TEFL certificate and I also have a certificate in Reception Operations and Procedures, Medical Reception Skills Certificate, and a Customer Service certificate. I have experience in a few different industries but have more experience in the Hospitality industry as a Hotel Receptionist/ Concierge. In my classroom, we will do, pronouns, verbs, grammar, adverbs, and more. We will use videos, voice records, and apps to have more fun with our lessons.
