My teaching method is to ensure my learners are motivated at all times. To achieve this, I determine each learners preferred method of learning, whether that is visual learning or more hands on. I aim to embed as much interactive activities through the use of technology, as this is highly beneficial in the IT age we are in. I also include elements to stretch and challenge my learners, so that they leave the lesson more confident in the subject.
