About Ryan
I grew up with a 486 and Windows 3.1 for Workgroups. If that means nothing to you, then I'm your guy. I haven't paid anyone to tell you that I'm qualified so I won't impress you with credentials. I teach the basics to beginners. I learned what schools teach now before they taught it. Computers were my fascination and passion. When people were throwing out 1000 hours of free AOL once a week, I was building programs that would crash a targeted AOL user's application and force them to sit and wait for their dial-up to reconnect. I can't write software today, but I could learn it all again in a marginal amount of time. This relates to my goal in teaching - to give you the ability to learn new skills on your own with confidence as a result of understanding the core nature of all computer software.
