About Premalatha
My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced teaching environment. Furthermore, with the ability to simplify lesson plans in line with specific curriculum objectives, I believe I will immediately make a noticeable impact on student's education standards. As a tutor I will be constantly engage with students during the entire session by asking questions, and even having them repeat the gist of the lesson. Moreover, I also will make the online teaching sessions a mix of both – asynchronous and synchronous activities. Students' critical thinking will be encouraged in order to make the lesson interesting and engaging. I also found that teaching is fun, and there are plenty of opportunities to be creative in conveying information to young people. I ensure that students will enjoy my lesson and improve their knowledge
