About Callum
I am a student in my third year of my degree in English and Scottish Literature, along with English language. I am an A-grade student and I love teaching people how to better themselves in English. I started by helping my little sister. From there, it transpired from a hobby to my profession. I have taught for a year now - from students to parents - helping them achieve their best potential.

My name is Callum Hardwick and I am currently in my third year of studying English and Scottish Literature at the University of Glasgow. I am comfortable teaching from primary-secondary levels and I aspire to attain a TEFL + CELTA qualification subsequent to completing my degree. I am a grade-A student, and while I would not say I am particularly intelligent, I definitely know HOW to study. This has been the crux of my success, and it is something many do wrong. I do not simply lecture the student. Rather, I first find out which way they like to learn (audio/visual/kinetic, ect) and subsequently tailor the lessons specifically to their style of learning. I then make a plan for the year, giving results and feedback every session to ensure the student feels motivated and hopefully, further educated. Essentially, this is the most effective way to ensure the students achieve their full potential.
