About Thais

I am a dedicated ballet teacher trained in the Vaganova Method, currently completing the University Extension for Ballet Teachers: Vaganova Method (Practical), offered by Mostra Dança and endorsed by Faculdade de Brasília (recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, levels 1 to 10). With years of experience teaching ballet, jazz, and dance conditioning to children and adults, I am passionate about helping each student develop confidence, discipline, and a love for movement. My classes provide a supportive and creative environment where students can explore their potential and grow through technique, expression, and joy.

About the lesson

My lessons follow the Vaganova Method, focusing on building a strong technical foundation through expressive and age-appropriate movement. I teach both children and adult beginners, adapting each class to the student’s individual level and goals. With creative exercises, musicality, and positive guidance, I help students improve posture, coordination, and confidence while enjoying the learning process. Every class is a balance of discipline, artistry, and fun!
