About Salina
One of the aspects I enjoy most about teaching is supporting students throughout their academic journey and helping them identify and develop their strengths. I have tutored several students outside the classroom and have witnessed their academic growth over the years. I believe in helping students recognize their potential by meeting them at their current learning levels and adapting my approach to accommodate their individual learning styles.

As a tutor, I employ a creative and innovative approach that incorporates multiple disciplines, ensuring a high-quality education for each student. With over eight years of classroom teaching experience, I hold a Master's degree in special education and a single-subject English teaching credential. My lessons are for grades K-12 and upper freshman students. I can also help students write their personal statements for college and navigate the entire college application process.
