About Rachel
In my 12 years in the classroom, I have taught 6th grade, 5th grade, 4th grade, 2nd grade, gifted, and reading intervention. I also have 3 years of experience as a curriculum designer. No matter what you are struggling with, I have probably seen it and can help with it!

I am passionate about seeing all students succeed and love teaching all subjects at the elementary level. I have a strong record of using UFLI, Seeing Stars and other reading interventions to teach struggling readers to read. I like to make learning fun for students. I have experience teaching math as well with programs like Every Day math.
I like to get to know students first, meet them where they are, and push them to the next level. I can work with struggling students and with advanced learners.
