About AshLee
I have been a teacher for three years and have survived teaching through the COVID-19 pandemic. I have a professional teaching license in the state of Colorado and have passed the EdTPA with high marks. My favorite part of teaching are the in-depth conversations that happen with my students. As a student, you will learn the most by being curious and asking questions. I will always push you to do and be your best, and if I think you can do better, I will encourage to push yourself. We only improve by pushing ourselves outside our comfort zones.

The best way for anyone to learn is by doing, especially in reading and writing. I will teach you the basic skills and let you practice, a lot. I will thoroughly review every assignment to give you one on one, in-depth feedback. Each lesson will start with a skill or skills based on what will benefit you the most, then you will practice. Last we will review and discuss. The more curious you are, the better you lessons will be. I am personable and relational. I will joke with you as the lesson goes on, helping you feel comfortable with new material. I want you to enjoy learning and hopefully we will spark your love of learning. My lessons are targeted to middle school, high school, and college students in English classes. All the lessons will be exactly what you need to be the best writer or reader your can be.
