About My Experience:
I have worked extensively with students in elementary and middle school, helping them strengthen their reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills in line with the Florida and U.S. Common Core standards. I also prepare students for school admission tests and placement assessments, and teach English as a Second Language (ESL) for both children and adults. In addition, I specialize in interview coaching, verbal reasoning, and creative writing.

Why I Teach:
Teaching is a true passion of mine, and I love supporting students in reaching their academic and personal milestones. My background in teaching English as a Second Language allows me to work effectively with learners of all levels – from beginners to advanced speakers. I focus on creating personalized, engaging lessons that adapt to each student's unique needs.

My Teaching Style:
I take a student-centered approach, designing lessons to fit your goals and preferred learning style. Through interactive activities, practical exercises, and real-world examples, I aim to make learning English both enjoyable and impactful. Whether you're preparing for school exams, improving academic writing, or developing everyday communication skills, my priority is to boost your confidence and language ability.

A Bit About Me:
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, watching films and TV shows, and crocheting. I have a passion for travel and exploring different cultures, which deepens my understanding of language and communication.

Welcome!
I'm Luisa, and I'm here to help you reach your English language goals with a personalized and effective approach.

Teaching Approach:
My lessons are engaging, student-centered, and tailored to your specific needs and learning style. I combine interactive activities, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios to make learning English both practical and enjoyable. Whether you're preparing for school exams, improving your academic writing, or strengthening your everyday communication skills, my goal is to build your confidence and deliver real, lasting progress.

Lesson Structure:
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is designed to make the most of your time. We start by reviewing previous material, then introduce new concepts through interactive tasks and guided discussions. Depending on your goals, we may focus on reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, creative writing, or general English proficiency. I use a mix of practice tests, authentic reading materials, and multimedia resources to create a well-rounded and dynamic learning experience. Every lesson ends with a short recap and an optional task to reinforce what we covered.

Why Work With Me:
I have extensive experience teaching students at the elementary and middle school levels (equivalent to Grades 2–8 in the U.S.), as well as English as a Second Language (ESL) for both children and adults. I’ve helped students prepare for school entrance exams, strengthen academic English, and develop creative and critical writing skills.
