About Andrew
I am a qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching and tutoring students in the United Kingdom, South Korea, and the United States. I hold a Master's degree in Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Brighton, and I have worked with learners of all abilities, from elementary and middle school students to adult learners.
Throughout my career, I have helped students improve their reading, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills while building the confidence needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. I have a particular passion for writing instruction and have guided students whose work has received recognition in international competitions.

My approach to tutoring is student-centered, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe that every learner is different, so I tailor each lesson to the student's needs, interests, and learning style. A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous learning and a discussion of goals. Throughout the lesson, I provide clear explanations, guided practice, and constructive feedback to help students make measurable progress. What sets me apart is my combination of over 15 years of teaching experience, international classroom experience in the UK, South Korea, and the United States, and my ability to work effectively with both children and adults.
