About Lev
I’m a dedicated and experienced tutor specialising in early years and KS1 phonics for Reception to Year 2. I have hands-on experience supporting young learners in developing their reading, writing and communication skills through my current role as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School. So I understand how important it is to build confidence from an early stage.
My approach is patient, supportive and tailored to each child’s individual needs. I use engaging, interactive activities to make learning phonics enjoyable while ensuring children develop strong foundations in blending, segmenting and reading comprehension.
I’m passionate about helping children feel confident and capable in their learning and I aim to create a positive, encouraging environment where they can thrive to make real progress.

I’m an experienced early years and KS1 tutor/ Teaching Assistant specialising in phonics from Reception up to Year 2. I’ve supported young learners in developing their reading, writing and confidence. Often through engaging, structured lessons tailored to their individual needs. With a strong understanding of phonics schemes and early literacy development, I focus on making learning fun and interactive. I will help your child build solid foundations in breaking words down, blending sounds and comprehension. Often through the use of the Read Write Inc structure.
