About Adam

Adam has a lot of experience acting, doing voices, and playing the Tuba. He's been doing it nearly his entire life, starting with re-creating movies he and his brother watched followed by talent shows and school plays to more recently appearing in an episode of Adam Ruins Everything on TruTV. Adam has worked with individuals and groups, both experienced actors and those who have never acted before. He also specializes in VO Acting and can do over 65 different voices, accents, and impressions. His portfolio can be found at (concealed information)

Though focusing on comedy, Adam can help you unlock your potential for any genre and guide you to your best work.

Adam also has a BA in Tuba from UCDavis, where he has played with the marching band as well as several other ensembles, including concert band, brass quintet, and the University Symphony orchestra. He also has experience as a conductor as director of the Citrus Heights Community Marching Band for over a year. You can see both his acting and Tuba playing demonstrated in his YouTube series Adam Plays the Tuba.

I have a BA in Music Performance from UC Davis, Tuba being my main focus, however I also performed on stage in various stage plays and musicals and continued to perform in community theater both on stage as an actor and in the pit orchestra on Tuba and conductor. I've worked with various groups and given one on one lessons as well over the years.

About the lesson

I first assess the student's knowledge and level of talent to determine where to begin, then plan a tailored curriculum based on that first assessment, including exercises and assignments.

I have worked with individuals and groups, with seasoned professionals and fresh beginners.

Don't pay too much, but you should have to pay. Look for someone that has done or is doing the thing you want to do.
