About Richard

I’m Rich Fazio, and I’ve dedicated my entire life to the game of baseball. From my roots in Brooklyn, NY to the fields of Upstate South Carolina, my approach is built on a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep-seated respect for the grind.

I have experience coaching every age group through the years and currently lead programs at every level of the local scene. I serve as the General Manager for the Greer Shifters collegiate team and as a manager and player for the Greenville Pioneers in the Palmetto Baseball Association. My deep ties to the 30 and over Greer Adult Baseball League include years of managing and playing for the Greer A’s, as well as personally creating and leading the Greer Spiders.

Whether I’m managing a collegiate roster or working one-on-one with an athlete, I bring the same professional-grade strategy I’ve used to run my firm, Relentless Awareness. I don't just coach the game—I live it.

Highlights:

Greer Shifters: General Manager for the collegiate program.

Greenville Pioneers: Manager and player in the Palmetto Baseball Association.

Greer Adult Baseball League: Founder and manager of the Greer Spiders and veteran manager/player for the Greer A's.

Player Development: Lifelong experience coaching athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Relentless Awareness: Strategic leadership applied to high-level sports operations.
