Evaluate them first.

All types of kids. From 4 years old to college students.

Make sure his interest are your interest. By that I mean, he should only be interested in making you a better player in every aspect of the game. He shouldn’t be trying to impress you on how good he is as a Trainer. The goal is to you the game and improve on your skill level.

The Nike EYBL tournaments.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How hard do they want to work and how much do they really love the game because it will costs their parents money to make them better players. Parents will do whatever to support their kids but will the kid reciprocate? Your Moto should be “ play hard or go home “I always tell my kids this “ failure to prepare, is preparing to fail “ this is something you can can live by in any aspect of your life.
