About Shelby

Hiii,

I’m Shelby Ricks, a former Division I basketball player and soon-to-be professional overseas athlete with years of experience competing at the collegiate level. I’ve played at multiple levels of college basketball and have developed my game through countless hours of skill work, strength training, film study, and competitive experience.

Now, I’m bringing that experience to the next generation of athletes. My training focuses on skill development, basketball IQ, confidence, athleticism, and game-specific preparation. Whether you’re a beginner building your foundation or an experienced player looking to take your game to the next level, I’m here to push you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals on and off the court.
