A typical process with a new client would start with first identifying what exactly they wanted to work on and improve in their game. After establishing goals we would create a workout regiment to help our clients achieve their goals.

I have worked with boys and girl as young as 3 year old to professional player looking to sharpen their talents in the off season.

Shop around. Alot of services I have looked into are only out to make profit not make playera better.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What areas they honestly need improvement in.
