I usually go through fundamental drills to assess the level of the client I am working with. I then will ask my client what personal goals they are trying to achieve and improve on. From there we come up with a solution in the training regimen to work on those things.

I've worked with various types of students. Elementary school, junior high school, high school, college, professional.

I tell the kids that When the student is ready the teacher will appear.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How bad do you want it? What are you willing to do in order to attain these goals?
