About Ivan

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist who gives supreme advice on exercise and nutrition (also currently seeking my certificate in Sports Performance Training). I am also a basketball enthusiast and aspiring high school basketball coach. I have been in the fitness industry for the last two years in addition to serving 10 years in the U.S. Army.

I get the opportunity to help people reach their performance goals while teaching the nuisances of the game of basketball.
