I strongly recommend Jay to anyone who is interested either taking their fitness training to the next level. My son personally trained with Jay for football and speed/ agility training.
My son saw significant improvement in both his football skills plus his speed and agility. Also, we enjoyed working with Jay.

Jay was patient, kind and really engaged well with the kids. He was very professional and polite. Bug recs for Jay!

Coach Jay worked very good with my kid on running back techniques. Very impressed with his knowledge and how he trained my kid!!! Highly recommend Jay as a football trainer!!

In-Phase is excellent. Our son has been working with them for nearly a year as he learned a new football position. They have also helped him prepare for combines and national ranking events. He is now rated as a top athlete in the class of 2028.

He’s friendly, kind and he teaches my son well and effectively. He has learnt a lot in a very short time and he looks forward to each training session

Incredible work ethic

Jay has been very hands-on in helping my son. He has put a very rigorous and attention-focus program together for my son. In a very short time, we have seen results. We are sticking with Jay’s coaching program.
