About Elizabeth
I recently finished my PhD in Bioionformatics. I have a passion for tutoring and making sure students really understand the material. Let me know how I can help you!
I love thinking logically and critically through various problems. I like to thrink through how different aspects of math, biology, and stastics can influence a problem. Debugging is a fustrating but stasifying task that I kind of love.
I have a PhD in Bioinformatics from Boston University. My thesis involved examing the molecular changes in the lungs as it relates to smoking related disease. To invesitage these changes, I performed several analysises in R and python. I have strong knowledge in Biology, stastics, and computer science.
I have previously tutoried and was a Teacher's Assistant in Introductiong to Computer Science II.

I want to talk with them about their goals and what motivates them to get a tutor. It will help me for me to see specific topics/ideas that they are struggling with so that we can create a plan together about how to approach your tutoring.
I'm also open to one-offs if you just need help with something right now. I'm very flexible depending on what you want/need.
