About Rhode
Rhodé Amira Aamoumour is a commercial people photographer since 2000. Founder of Treasured Memories Photography in 2004. Her work carries a natural and organic approach to her subjects. Her ability to create communicative and dynamic work in the wedding and portraiture genre is custom to every clients needs.
Amira’s lighting techniques and unique approach vastly catches the eyes of onlookers. With over 19 years of experience, Amira provides professional imagery with elegancy and in a timely fashion. Her mission is to offer her clients with pop imagery using her expertise, passion, and creativity.
Amira holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In addition to her professional photographic pursuits, Amira also teaches K-12 in Seminole County. She graduated from Seminole State College with the Educator Preparation Institute (EPI) certification. When possible, Amira loves to teach art and photography in Summer camps and in private lessons.
Amira also shoots commercial and fine art photography, enjoys playing soccer, swimming, working out at the gym, and traveling. She loves spending time with her family, and her kitten Link. Her creative mind sores while traveling, walking/jogging and enjoying nature.

At Seminole State College at the same time I started substituting in public schools in Seminole County, Forida.
In 2015, I started teaching photography (private lessons). I then went on to teaching public schools as a substitute teacher in 2017.

We will have a brief consultation during our first session so that I may get to know you a little and understand your needs. From there I will guide you through a practice that suits your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Getting to know a student and their specific learning style is crucial to their success.
I have had the pleasure of working with students as young as age 5 and adult students.
Try teachers out and get a feel of who you're most comfotable with in learning and hire a teacher who goes out of their way to ensure you are learning YOUR way. :)
When my students conquer the lessons and utilize the materials they have in order to achieve their goal by creating a masterpiece of their own vision and art.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Some questions to think about:
1. What do I already know about cameras/art?
2. How will the teacher know what I need to learn? (Think about what you already know and what you want to learn).
3. Write down what you would like to learn, even if it is ideas, things you like, or artists work you have seen that you admire.
