About Carina
I love teaching and connecting people with opportunities to transform their lives and thrive. When tutoring children I first asses their needs and challenges. What are they good at and what do they love doing. Then we look at the challenges and find ways to ensure small continuous steps of improvement. I also work on their self-esteem because when they feel good about themselves they put in a little more effort.
Life Coaching: When you are Awake & Empowered - you liberate yourself and you cannot be controled. Know why you are here and get clarity your purpose and calling. I guide you to get clear, let go of what's no longer serving or hurt you and create a Vision Board or Vision Book to help keep you focussed. I believe it is important for teens to get clear early to save a lot of challenges and enable them to make better subject/career/relationship choices. When women are independantly wealthy they cannot be controlled in challenging relationships because of finances. This is a combination of healing and life coaching( ...while practicing to speak English fluently and confindently for ESL.)
I love to assist someone in their life's awakening process. It's is feels so good to see a client discover their purpose, identify their values and find hope for the future in these uncertain times. Children feel the uncertainty and many teens have no idea what future they would like to create for themselves. The world is changing and education is changing -there's a lot of pressure on the youth. Children need assistance and guidance. I am a tutor and a life coach all in one!
I have 4 years in class teaching experience and many years freelance.
I have been doing Life Coaching and helping people heal naturally and clean up their diets since 2000.

About the lesson

Tutoring: I first talk about their lives and make sure that they feel comfortable working with me. Then we look at their strengths and weaknesses and work around that. It is important to make progress and set goals for subjects. I also look their personality type.
Life coaching and Theta Healing: I start with a general chat on what's going on in their lives -good and challenging. Then guide them to write a "Timeline process" on all the bad stuff that they remember as far back as in the womb. This takes a while but within about 3 sessions they already feel more libereted and I can actually see their whole body language change and family/friends start noticing the change. From there we start igniting their passion, what they naturally love doing, what they are good at, what the world needs and how they can fly high on what's possible.
