About Colin
I have been tutoring for approximately two years. I have a great deal of experience tutoring for the examinations that middle and high school students take for college or new school admission: SAT, ACT, ISEE Middle, SSAT, HSPT etc. I can also help with college admission letters and with reading, writing and math skills for elementary, middle and high school students.
I received a Master of Arts in English Literature from Boston University, studied for a PhD in English at the same university, and have spent over twenty years teaching English composition and literature classes at Boston University and Stonehill College.
I am passionate about helping students improve their reading and writing skills, enjoy their assignments, and exceed their expectations. And, whether it's getting into college with a better SAT score or bettering grades in school, there's nothing better to me than helping students achieve their goals.
