About Honor
My name is Honor W., I am currently a PhD student looking to help others achieve their academic goals! I thoroughly enjoy helping others gain the confidence they need to pursue a variety of endeavors- whether it be applying to graduate school, self-publishing, or getting an A on an academic paper!
As a PhD student, I write for a living. I write about 10-15 papers a year, and publish a majority of these in peer-reviewed journals. At my undergraduate institution, I worked as a writing tutor for a variety of subjects- proofreading and editing papers on everything from history to biology to film.
I have taken the GRE twice with scores above the 70th percentile for English and Math, and in the 90th percentile for writing!
Currently, I write in an academic setting at a doctoral level. Thus, I am well versed in formatting, grammar, syntax, etc. Additionally, I am incredibly passionate about writing and teaching others to write. I have also had experience competing in public speaking competitions.
