About the lesson

I begin my work with a new student by figuring what type of learnning approach works best for them. Many students have individualized learning plans that allow them to succeed in the classroom, whether it is through hands-on kinaesthetic learning, visual learning, or auditory learning. Knowing what learning style works best for them will allow me to apply different methods to their learning plans in norder to help them in the classroom.

literature is not my strong suite, and does not come easy to me. Emily broke it down to a level that was easily understood! I’ve been struggling in my college lit class and made no progress with the tutors that my school had. Emily worked around my schedule and seemed familiar with all the materials! I think she was so helpful for me because of how recent she graduated college, she’s used to college professors and their teaching styles. Would definitely recommend emily for any English and literature tutorage.
