I first assess their aptitude and skills in English. Step by step I observe the students abilities. After that I create and tailor a lesson plan that fits the students current level of English skills. Then from there we slowly develop the students skills. After that we focus strongly on conversation. I help the students feel confident about speaking English on a daily basis.
