I have over 20 years experience. I am a certified Wilson Reading Program teacher. I have also been trained in Orton Gillingham.
I love seeing a student go from not enjoying reading to asking for more books. Seeing their confidence grow in an area they had challenges in.

It is very important for me to make my students feel comfortable. First I Get to know the students. There likes and dislikes and how they feel about reading. I tell them a little about myself. Once that is done I will do a quick assesment of the areas the student needs to work on and plan my lessons accordingly.
