About Selena
Dear student, I would like to start off by thanking you for considering me as your tutor and allowing me to join you on this great journey to accomplishing your goals and learning as much as possible! I am passionate about teaching and have self taught over 30 students of whom I follow closely to ensure they are meeting thier goals and growing academically. I am excited to meet you and work diligently together to create a confidence in you that will benifit you for the years to come.
I have worked with a communtiy of teachers where I volunteered my time and gained varies methods of teaching. In which has helped me modify my own education techniques.

Typically I like to talk and discuss areas of the subject the student is struggling with the most. I personally found school lessons to be difficult due to not being able to have one-on-one time with the teacher. So my approach is to gain information on students stuggles and create a lesson guide that meets their individual needs and learning capacity.
All my students have been online or over the phone. I have worked with ages ranging from 10-24 years old.
I would advise to keep an open mind and enter the experience with positivity. Also be confident that not only will you learn from me, but you will begin to see how your personal knowledge will shine through in ways you did not think possible.

Any question is a great question. Never feel like you don't have a good question because there is always an answer that will help you understand your needs and goals.
