About Lucy
I am a senior in college about to graduate with a B.A. in Theological Studies and head to graduate school.
I have a desire for learning, and I would love to help inspire you/your child to have the same. I truly enjoy sharing my passions via teaching--whether it be music, theology, or English.
I am a first-time tutor hoping to help you/your child not only get better grades, but start feeling confident with the invaluable gift of knowledge!

I like to base tutoring off of what usually tends to work for me/my peers when helping each other outside of the classroom!
1. Assess the student's needs and ask what they want to get out of tutoring. This includes setting a couple big-picture goals and referring to them throughout tutoring to help us stick to the best plan for the student.
2. Set a schedule and perhaps, if the student wants, assign certain big-picture goals to different dates do that we can keep our tutor sessions focused.
3. Begin tutoring the student based on their materials/where they want to start.
