About Ansley
Hello! My name is Ansley, and I offer a variety of tutoring services including general subject area tutoring, test prep (SAT, PSAT, SSAT, ACT, AP), and academic coaching (mentoring students while teaching organizational and study skills).
With a Bachelor's in English, a Bachelor's in English Education, and a Master's in English Education, I also have years of experience as a high school English teacher. I'm comfortable differentiating instruction to an individual student's learning style at any level: College Prep, Honors, or Gifted. During my time in the classroom I also taught SAT Prep classes, served as a tutor for the school's remedial program, and represented my school on the county's Literacy Leadership Team, training coworkers in best practice for Common Core reading and writing success.

I have a heart not only for mentoring students, but also for the subject matter. I spent several years in the field of Marketing but have always kept my connection to education through tutoring and hope to one day return to education full-time!
