About Dina

I am very passionate about English and History, and I have always enjoyed working with, and teaching people. I have taught high school classes over Zoom, and I have been teaching children of all ages since 2017. I have taught in preschool, elementary, middle, and high school aged settings. As an English teacher, I designed and implemented an ELA curriculum for my school.

I love teaching and being able to transmit my love of knowledge and skills to my students.

I began as a camp counselor in high school, when I realized that I enjoy working with children, and teaching things I am passionate about.

I am currently working toward a degree in teaching history, and I have been teaching for three years in preschool through high school settings.

About the lesson

We begin with an assesment of the student's skills in the subject matter, and a discussion about the timing and rate of the lessons. Once we have a schedule and a starting point, we can learn!

I have worked with students from age 1.5 to 18 years of age, and I have a broad range of experience in a variety of settings. I have taught high school English and I have tutored elementary and high school students in History.

I recently taught an English class when schools moved to Zoom as a platform. I really enjoyed the experience, and I found teaching a whole class to be rewarding and eye-opening. I was able to engage with students, and express my passion for the material.
