About Kelsie

Hi there!

My name is Kelsie and I graduate from Emerson College in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree and a 3.89 GPA. I graduated high school in Hudson, OH in 2013 with a 4.2 GPA. I have always excelled in English - both in writing and in comprehension skills. I have a large amount of experience with teaching children, from volunteering at a children's theater in high school to babysitting and part-time nannying after college. Specifically, I have a lot of experience with children with special needs as well.

I graduated with a B.A. in Directing Narrative Fiction from Emerson and currently work in the film industry in L.A. as a freelance director, assistant director, and production coordinator. I have kept my English skills sharp and continue to write in my spare time. My jobs in the industry require checking and rechecking documents for spelling and grammar mistakes (which is quite honestly one of my favorite activities).

I love kids and I love all school subjects, so I would be delighted to help out in any way I can! I would be happy to send over any references or chat over Facetime or Zoom to see if I am a good fit for your child.
