About Hayli

I offer help in every subject, but english/writing and language arts are my expertise.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studuies in Early Childhood Education and I am a Texas certified teacher.

I have experience teaching whole-group lessons and tutoring individual students in K - 5th grade classrooms over the past five years. I also have worked as a consultant at a university writing center to aid university students in editing and revising essays.

The goal of my business is to build relationships with the students I tutor as we work together to improve their literacy skills. I want to help students bring their extracurricular passions into their educational studies.

About the lesson

In our first session, I want to get to know my new student and allow them to get to know me. This is your chance to share where you need the most support and my chance to gauge the specific areas that I think we should focus on.

I will then develop an individualized format for each session that will work best for the student.

The following sessions will follow the individualized format. I work with the student and their family if there is any schedule changes or specific assignments that need addressed.

My prices are based on the rigor of material and destination for tutoring sessions. I am always willing to work with individuals for price adjustments if needed.

For elementary & middle school level material:

$20 - $30/per lesson

For junior, senior, and college level material:

$30 - $40/per lesson
