About Shivani
I have been tutoring students since high school. I am a Wofford College graduate with a BS in Biology, and currently in the process of applying to medical school. I took many honors and AP classes in high school. I am very good with college applications, personal statements, as well as secondaries. I love proof-reading essays. I have years of experience working with elementary kids during undergrad. I am comfortable teaching all ages of students. I can teach math, english, and science. If you have specific concerns/topics to focus on, we can make a schedule and plan according to your strengths and weaknesses.
I teach teaching is very fun and rewarding work. I love the impact I can make in someone's life by helping them overcome something they may think is difficult or even impossible for them. Throughout undergrad, there were some classes even I struggled with, and sought help for! It's humbling to realize that you aren't going to be perfect at everything. I would be happy to assist you, and help you improve wherever you feel you are lacking. If you work with me, I will not give up on you! I will try to find multiple ways to teach you.
