About Stephanie
I am a third grade teacher who has a passion for teaching. I take pride in getting to know my students and teaching them the way that best suits them. I can work with a variety of subjects and can work with individuals or families to make the best plan for my time with their student.
This is my third year teaching and I have taught a variety of grades K-6. I have a MN teaching license and am a Believe and Read Qualified Teacher.
I am a teacher with a MN teaching license in elementary education (K-6) with a communication/language arts (basically reading and writing/English) endorsement license (5-8). I am a Believe and Read Qualified Teacher through a Groves Academy Partnership in my school. This is a phonics based curriculum our school uses K-3.

First meeting is a time to get to know the student and the family. I ask questions related to what both the family and the student hope to get out of the tutoring. I can bring a basic assessment with me to gain some background knowledge on the student's levels in the subject(s) we are working on. Then I can make a plan on what products we may need to purchase or what supplies I should bring for future meetings and begin tutoring to that plan.
Students with variety of needs academically. Elementary aged students. Whether your child needs help catching up to his/her peers, support to keep them on track, or just wanting extra practice to keep them improving, I can work to give your child what they need to be successful.
