About Sophia

Getting better grades and making learning gains by creating a personalized tutoring experience is our specialty! I have tutored many students in the past, and they have all improved in the areas that they were stuggling with. I am a AP and Cambridge Honors highschool student with experience working with other students and children. I have have passed all of my Advanced Placement, Cambridge and standardized exams earning perfect scores in Language Arts and Algebra finals. If you are behind on distance learning assignments due to this pandemic I can also help you complete them. I am happy to help you with anything and everything I can. I absolutely love being able to see students master topics that they came to me struggling with.It is a such a reqwarding job and I definitely put in the extra work for each child so they can better comprehend the topics.

I got started by helping my family memebers and friends with their homework.

I am in a Cambridge program and hve passed all of my tests.

About the lesson

I usually get to know my students and ask them what they are struggling with.

I have mainly worked with elementary and middle school students. I have also worked with some highschoolers.

Honestly, you are only going to learn with someone if you feel a connection to them. Take the time to find your right tutor.

Something that I am fond of is going to the beach and surfing. I love all things ocean!
