About Caroline
Thrive Speech Therapy is here to serve YOU. We are passionate Accent Modification coaches whose sole goal is to help you communicate and thrive in your workplace, social settings, and at home. Let us know your goals and we will individualize a plan just for you that helps you achieve your goals. Working with your schedule, we are flexible and excited to work with you.
My passion for accent coaching began in college, when my Chinese professor asked me to assist him in coaching his colleages. They were an incredibly intelligent, diverse group of people who just needed help speaking more clearly to their English speaking students. That was where my journey began.
I have a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and I'm in my last semester of my Masters program in Speech. I've worked as an accent modification coach for 3 years and I have loved every second of it. I learn just as much from my students as they learn from me!

I had always thought that my accent was something I just had to live with - it’s led to many difficulties communicating with my coworkers, clients, and friends. But working with Caroline, even after just a few sessions, I realize that’s not the case! With hard work I have seen great improvements, just months later. My confidence is better than ever before and I’ve seen noticeable, natural sounding results.
Wonderful therapy by Caroline. She always is prepared for session and dedicated to reaching our goals.
BEST THERAPIST. Caroline is joyful and wonderful to work with. She has a heart to serve people and is flexible in adjusting the session to reach my own goals and needs. I've learned a lot since first working with Caroline. I would recommend her so highly if you're struggling to be understood because of your accent.
