About Guillermo
I provide 1-on-1 personal tutoring, mentorship, and scholarly development. I am a 10-year veteran teacher with experience working with diverse populations including but not limited to: Hispanic, Muslim, Korean, and students with disabilities.
I believe in creating bonds with students. It brings out the best in both individuals.
I believe in short-term attainable goals. I have found that having more milestones for students to surpass gives them a sense of accomplishment and a willingness to improve.
I am a life-long learner who wants to pass on that same vigor to my students. I will never get tired of seeing someone's journey from the first time they need help to the moment they become their own guide.
