About Rosemary

My greatest passion is identifying precisely what my students need to become self-sufficient learners.

I love the process of teaching and learning. Empowering students to become active participants in the process is exhilarating!

I began teaching professionally while in graduate school, and have continued to use my skills as a teacher or trainer throughout my career.

I have more than 20 years of successful teaching experience and have worked with students from middle school to high school, college, and beyond. I adapt to each student's learning style and teach directly to gaps in learning.

About the lesson

I become an excellent student of the students I tutor--making myself fully present to evaluate the student's needs, skills, and goals.

I create customized lessons that are specifically designed to meet the unique need of each indiviual student.

I employ a structured approach to English language skill building that inspires confidence for learners at any level. This methodical approach provides the tools needed for oral and written expression with accuracy and fluency.

I have worked with students at all levels of learning from middle school through university.
