About Alex
I am a licensed special education teacher servicing students from grades K-8. I aim to encourage students to reach their goals and fullest potentials with the least amount of stress while building their confidence at the same time. Learning can be a daunting task and not everyone has the tolerance or passion for working with students that require specific needs to meet their short and long term goals. It is important for me to help create a fun environment to ensure the students enjoy the learning process.
As a teacher in a special education setting I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and desire for learning! The best part about my career is seeing the looks on their faces when they finally understand what is being taught. Being able to understand is empowering and fuels their self esteem. The rewarding feeling of building ones self esteem is what I enjoy most about my career.
