About Judy

I am a retired public school teacher with ways to teach no matter what type of learner you are. Writing is my passion and even if it isn't yours,there's no reason to make it boring. So check it out.

I was always be the teacher when my friends and I played school. I started by student teaching first in San Francisco and later I taught in the East Bay. I ended up in Berkeley where I taught for many years.

About the lesson

I want to get to know them the first meeting. I want to know where their strengths and weaknesses are.

I'm currently tutoring adults, but most of my teaching experience was with elementary and middle school children.

Find someone who you could see yourself working with. Droning voices and an unwillingness to be flexible cause most kids to drop out. I really think imagining what type of personality will work for you is the best way to go .
