About Rachael

Your education is the only thing that can never be taken away from you.

I graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism and sports and entertainment management. I have always been passionate about my education and challlenge myself to learn something new every day. I have coached kids ages five through 18 and have tutored at the elementary and middle school level. I am an excellent communicator, essay editor, and writer. I also excelled at math and social studies. I now work full time in real estate and am looking forward to helping you and other students with tutoring needs!

I graduated with honors from the University of South Carlolina with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Electronic Journalism from the School of Mass Communications and a minor in Sports and Entertainment Management.

I coached all-star cheerleading and gymnastics and know how to build trust with kids and teens.

About the lesson

I like to see what the student already knows and what they are struggling on. Understanding where their class is at and seeing where the student is falling behind or getting stuck is also key.

I have worked with students who are learning English as a second language and are struggling to keep up with their English classes. I have also worked with middle school students struggling with math and Spanish.

I reviewed essays, term papers, and English homework for college students.

Essay reviews: $5 a page (including works cited page and bibliography pages)

Grades 1-8 English tutoring: $25/hour

Grades 9-college English tutoring: $30/hour

All other tutoring: $25/hour
