About Evelyn

I help students with their everyday assignments and coursework. As a current college student, I understand the need for guidance within an academic career and within using online resources. I take a very kind and patient approach with each student I work with. I will not only help students understand what they are learning but establish effective study habits. Time management is something I encourage students to take note especially now that everything is online. I have been working as an English and history high school tutor for 8 months with a nonprofit organization, Canal Alliance.

I enjoy being able to help students with their education because I understand the challenges they face. I like that I can help students who are willing to seek tutoring help and better their education. I never sought for help throughout my schooling and learned a lot of tips from my own experiences. So it makes me happy to share this with other students as well. I like to emphasize other skills that help not only with their schooling but also their lives such as shifting to a better mindset and using time management skills.
