About Alessandra
I tailor my tutoring services to the student. I looking forward to learning about your child's strengths and areas to be developed. I use the student's interests and hobbies in our sessions to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible. I am passionate about helping children learn!
I love to see students succeed. It is amazing to see the progress made by students after several tutoring sessions.
I have a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology where I have taken coursework in literacy development and disorders. I have had hands-on practicum experience in literacy and writing intervention. I have experience with the Orton Gillingham approach and expository structured writing intervention. I have expererience teaching children with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Specific Language Impairment and learning disabilities.
