About Ashmit
I have four years of online language teaching experience and love to teach my language to others. After living in Japan for 17 years and learning the language (N2 certification), I am excited to join you in your Japanese journey.
I started teaching as a volunteer job in high school. I quickly fell in love with the teaching process. Paired with my love for this language, I became a Japanese tutor
I have experience teaching English to underprivileged children in Cambodia through an organization called TASSEL. Additionally, I have a JLPT N2 certification for the Japanese language

I discuss the student's current position and where they want to be by a specific time frame in terms of the Japanese language. After that, I structure a routine for that student that will help them reach goals faster and most conveniently.
I recommend students learn from teachers who understand their goals and not just teach whatever they have planned. This way, you can ensure you are learning in a way that is most beneficial to you

Details
I charge $8-12 per hour for my classes. The price varies on the number of sessions the students want to book ahead of time and the goals of each student. For example, a basic conversation lesson will cost less than an advanced conversation class.
