About Tracy

I am a licensed Reading Specialist lcertified K-12. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher K-8 in Literacy. I am a thematic teacher who teaches skills through the student's interests connecting the theme throughout all subject areas.

I enjoy seeing my students feel success and making connections with skills and concepts in all subject areas. I teach to help students build up their confidence and to help them to see themselves as learners.

I have been teaching for 28 years. I have been and elementary teacher for 25 years and have been a middle school reading specialist for 3 years. I have a Masters of Art in Professional Teaching, a Masters of Education as a Reading Specialist and I am a National Board Certified Teacher K8 in Literacy. I have been tutoring students for over ten years.

About the lesson

English lessons offered by Tracy are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Williamsburg. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
