About Sarah
Students are inspired through an interactive, motivational curriculum that includes solo performance as well as opportunities for ensemble performances.
Each student's curriclulum is personalized around the foundations of music: theory, technique, repertoire and aural skills.
Repertoire includes classical, pop/rock, broadway, and jazz.
I found my first private student at a Christmas party, (over 12 years ago!) where I was playing, the mother approached me about lessons and everything was a domino effect after that. I was in college at the time and found I really loved teaching -specifically motivating my students to new heights and always inspiring them to be GREAT musicians, not just "good".
I loved creating my own curriculum and teaching materials, designed specifically to the needs of my students and being an advocate for music education.
Nearly 10 years ago I began hiring instructors to work with me and created a team of teachers truly dedicated to providing quality music lessons.

Ages 4 - adult. All skill sets. We work with students who strongly desire to be musicians and students who are just supplementing their education. Learning music will benefit all types of students.
Our goal is to amplify their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
Look for a teacher who is highly dedicated to your learning experience, not just an instructor you "like". Be sure they care that you are learning something and are enabling you to become independent musically. A good instructor will motivate you to practice and desire for you to do things well.

SAS music is a wonderful company. Lessons are organized, well-planned and fun- and super convenient since the lessons come to you! Kids receive extra incentives, prizes and perks all the time along with the incredible music theory and instruction. My daughter LOVES her teacher and looks forward to lessons every week.
